Message	..it was a three lane road and i was in the far left hand lane (split road) ... no curb or medium ..just a big dirty burm.. on the left. her mini van pulled out of a strip mall across all three lanes into the far left lane. it was a little rise, but i saw her pull out and slowed down...but she kept coming, i could move to the right because of a car a little bit behind me, but i tried. i stomped on the breaks and they locked up (older dodge small pick-up with no ABS) ... i slide a little to the right, but hit dead in the middle of the back of her mini van with the left hand side front of the truck. speed limit was 45...i was doing the speed limit, but couldnt swerve or stop to miss her. bam. totalled the truck (that was a tough little truck...v6 magnum..standard..loads of torque) .... so the staties show up (this was in a different state) ... and i was head home after a dinner which i had been drinking at. not smart ofcourse. so i got popped for a dwi. it was 100% my fault for the dwi, but the wreck...that was her fault (asian lady...i wont say the sterotype) ...you just dont pull across three lanes into the far left lane (which happens to be the fast lane...even at 45mph in this case) ...when you are coming out of a strip mall. plus she didnt have her 9 year old daughter buckled up...so she got a ticket for that. not fun. spent a couple hours with paper work...had someone come pick me up...and had to do stuff in the different state..etc. however, dont drink and drive. 100% bad and 100% not worth it! ..and i dont know how these dudes get like 5 dwi's and are still driving. just this one was a freaking nightmare! yes...i know...pound on me for being stupid. trust me...i have done that to myself ..a LOT. plus, i have changed a LOT since then...for the better.
